My review is based solely on my interaction with Dr. Kim, not the front office staff. I would mention that I didn't have any problems with scheduling my appointment, initial registration, or interaction with the admin staff during my two visits. I wanted to find a doctor closer to home within my network and decided to make and appointment with Dr. Kim. She was attentive to my concerns and asked pointed questions to draw out my medical history, showing that she's looked at my record and what i submitted on my intake forms. She also diagnosed the reason for my visit and prescribed treatment quickly and efficiently. She demonstrated familiarity with my health plan, outlining the hospitals and specialists she tends to work with along with a willingness to develop relations with other doctors should I wish to continue with specialists I was already seeing. I found her competence and knowledge comforting in that she was aware of the types of concerns new patients bring to the table and sought to address them, point by point. I look forward to working with Dr. Kim on treatment of my aging body!
