Sri helped save my life! I appreciate the care, He came and visited me after surgery. Checking on how I was doing. He's been there for me last two years. The staff are fantastic,appointments are on time. And even early if you're there. Can't say enough.

I have not yet seen this Dr. For 5 days I've been having EVERY SYMPTOM there is in regards to CHF, possible pending heart attack. I do not and have never had a PCP. With my insurance, it is not necessary. I do not need a referral and I do not need authorization to see a specialist. Since up until recently, I had no medical issues that I was aware of. I took no medication for years. I have been in remission from trigeminal Nueralgia for 3.5 + years. I battled TN for 12 years and felt I couldn't take anymore when I went into remission. I was so grateful to God to not have that pain. I am still grateful, even tho, every so often, it rears its ugly head. About 5 years ago, I started getting sick, with various rare ailments of serious nature. I was hospitalized 5 times and saw numerous specialists. I have come to truly appreciate my insurance and the way they do things. Especially not requiring me to have a PCP. I have seen and am under the care of 5 different specialists.. The process has gone from getting sick, to seeing the appropriate specialist, to getting well, in record time, with 1 exception. That being MRSA, that spread over my entire body, and was in my bloodstream. I believe the reason I had it well over 3 years was because I went to 4 different Dr's. , and no specialist. The many ointments prescribed only caused the MRSA to spread and make me weaker by the day. NOT 1 diagnosing MRSA until I was taken by ambulance to the ER. These Dr's were all GP's. A specialist would have known right away and I would have not had to suffer so long and almost die. Now, back to my heart. I have been steadily getting worse with the symptoms of heart disease. I called this Dr's office and asked for an appointment. I could not get 1. The person answering the phone said I HAVE to have a PC, and I have to have a referral to be seen. I do not. I asked if an emergency room visit would be good enough, she said No. The earliest PCP appointment I could get is 2 months away. Then, the Dr will do tests, wait for results, and finally get a referral to see this cardiologist. Then wait for an appointment with him. I feel it is urgent that I be seen right away. I skipped doing this and called a different cardiologist l have an appointment tomorrow. No referral. No prior authorization. The staff here needs better training if they insist on arguing that a patient needs what is not required. She was also rude. A 6month to a year process in order to find out what the problem is. A long wait could be fatal

Dr. Srinatha and his staff are outstanding! He remembers me, he genuinely cares about his patients and his staff are always accomodating and kind. I cannot recommend this office highly enough. I am so lucky to have Dr. Srinatha as my cardiologist. No long wait times either which I love.
