Saved my life back in 2022! I was on vacation from Florida and was near by Barstow and ended up with HF. The nurse practitioners were great. They listened to every word I said and took notes and were super knowledgeable. The hospital gave me some medicine but this office adjusted it amazingly! Took a bit to get use to and I called them a lot of times(even at like 3am) they always got back to me asap and got me an appointment asap. My EF was little over 40. It's been about 3 years and it's over 60 now! I walk miles and lift weights and can eat most things I did before, but I still make the heathy choice. Thank you for all you did for me!

Probably the worst at answering their phones, posting actual hours and setting appointments, if you have heart trouble, don't try to call, it will make it worse, AND after 10 visits, I have yet to even see the Dr., maybe there is no Dr ashtiani, only the name of a real cardiologist. No hours posted @ Barstow office, I haven't been able to reach anyone there in months. Maybe they're trying to induce heart problems in their patients, drumming up more business, yet how can you make an appointment if they won't answer their phone??

Great staff in Barstow office. Great nurse and friendly caring staff and get all your testes right in the office. They bring the technology and and the people who do them right to you there. One stop shop. You get appointments relatively soon. But the office girl are awesome! And all know how to answer any questions with a smile. The techs on the scans too,They all come there. I love that! And your in and out with them. This office is not a long wait. And super clean too. I miss a lot of appointmens and still work with me. I have memory problems and lose stuff. But they know why and just so good to me.

They never checked their messages I can never get ahold of my cardiologists now the number I tried to call isnt the cardiologist and it says this is hearing loss phone number. So now we can't even get a hold of a cardiologist seems very dangerous for someone who just had a heart attack. All I want is my records.

Dr Ashtiani is an incredible physician in his field. His staff is helpful and attentive. Dr Ashtiani's charisma and genuine interest in his patients elevate him above his peers.
