The girls at the front put you on hold forever and don't answer back. I called multiple times on July 15 to find out about my son's appointment and every time you call they just say please hold and put you on hold, then they never come back, you disconnect and call back again and same thing happens. This happens 3 times on July 15 and same thing on July 16th. I don't know why such a terrible service! If I can give a zero to this place I will. I hope the doctor reads this review and find out that what the girls in the front office are doing. They are ruining her practice.
