Dr Claiborne is pretty much the best Dr. I've seen in my forty plus years of life, I can't say I would recommend Dr. Baker though they have pretty great nurses one in particular though sherry is so helpful and kind , she is so cool in how she comes across as a friend and I can't say enough good things on her behalf. It's sometimes hard getting my prescription but that's more a insurance thing . Kevin L Minor....

Best doctor ever! If you need an excellent medical office this facility is by far the best you will ever find. I feel truly blessed and privileged for being his patient. I have been his patient for over five years and he has always taken great care of me and has solved all of my illnesses and some which requires life long maintenance are well managed and in good hands with this doctor. In fact, I owe all of my good health to Doctor R. Claiborne and his staff. His team starting with the front desk to the technician and medical assistants are all an outstanding team of medical professionals who care and do excellent work. Take it from my personal experience, you are in excellent hands with this medical group.

I have been a patient here since 2004. Dr Claiborne and Dr. Baker have both taken care of me. They are the absolute best and I trust them with my life. Dr. Claiborne helped diagnose my breast cancer and immediately made sure I got the care I needed. They actually LISTEN to me and never EVER just dismiss any complaint I have.

Dr Claiborne is awesome. He addressed all of the concerns I had and did everything he could to make my husband and I comfortable. He listened and actually cared. His nurse Cherie is awesome. The staff is friendly and caring. They told us their #1 concern is their patients. He ordered battery of blood work and a chest x-ray. With the family history of heart disease, he wants to make sure I am taken care of.

You know, I never do reviews of a place unless they actually deserve one. This place deserves it.... Over the past few years that I have gone here off and on. Its not a doctor issue, it's an office environment issue. You might see my wife's review from about October 2022 saying that Dr. Baker was the only reason why they came there. CVMG responds with "You are not a patient here!" Technically they are right, because Dr. Baker is at a different location now. But a 5 star review of CVMG states that Dr. Claiborne and Dr. Baker have both been wonderful. Where's the contradiction on that? I don't disagree that the doctors are wonderful, but you basically want to call my wife a liar and that's not right. We hate the environment of this office and your reply to my wife's review just sheds a little light on it. Nine times out of ten when I call this place to make an appt., there's no answer. I have been here before waiting in a room for around an hour even thought the spot isn't busy. Ive been trying to get an appointment a few times throughout the lse past two weeks and there have been no answers or callbacks. So I'm moving on.
