Both my husband and I had appointments yesterday. My husband had a follow up after bypass surgery and my appointment was as a new patient. The doctors are knowledgeable, skilled, they listen to concerns and answer all questions. The nurses and staff are friendly, compassionate and professional. My only suggestion is to put the new patient packet online so the forms can be filled electronically. I have carpal tunnel and it's difficult to write for very long. It would be easier to type information on my laptop. It seems like typed information would be easier to read for the staff, as well.

does not listen and tells you you are fine having a heart rate of over 240 because youre "only 20 years old". at any age this can be deadly. i also have other medical history which is a concerning factor for heart issues but this was not taken into consideration and I was also brushed off when I told him my holter monitor was inaccurate as I had my pulse taken manually by myself and by someone else and it recorded a number almost 70 beats faster than the holter monitor recorded
