Dr. Cooke is not my PCP, however, he was covering for mine on a weekend. He tried persistently to call me regarding some critical lab results. He was VERY kind and helpful once we connected. He seemed genuinely concerned about my well being.

Cancelled on me 2x - 15 minutes Before my appointment time. Templeton Location I was trying to visit and establish care for the first time with a provider near me. I received notification alert text messages the day prior and confirmed my appointment both times. In Both Instances my appointment was cancelled - by call - right before the actual appointment started.... I was in the parking lot and have rearranged a work schedule to accomodate this doctor. If you can't take new patients or reject private insurance policies - just say that and dont waste my time Check Yelp to see their 1 star reviews

The front office was kind and helpful which made the experience calm and nice. The Medical Assistant was very sweet and thoughtful, making sure I was okay, and Natalie was great and made the experience feel really calm and professional. I tend to get anxiety sometimes and the overall staff made me feel relaxed and in good professional hands.

Staff is always kind and helpful, both in front and the back with the MA's. My PA, Natalie, is amazing. She is kind, and listens. She offers immediate care and referrals to any health issues I have. She truly cares.
