My doctor is kind, however it takes months to get in for an appt, and when you do they double book you and they make you reschedule. The phones are always busy and while the doctor is nice, she doesn't take any of my symptoms seriously at all. It feels like anyone could do their job. Very basic healthcare. Facility is clean and new so that's a perk
I love the care I get at the open door clinic. Cindy Norvell and Jan are always very helpful and caring. They take a personal approach, they don't use a one-size-fits-all approach to healthcare and address my personal needs.
The Arcata Open Door Clinic is amazing. All the staff are friendly, kind and excellent listeners. I feel blessed to have Dr.Ohnemus as my provider. She has seen me through 10 surgeries and is very gracious at understanding my needs. I am as healthy as I can be due to Dr. Ohnemus and her support staff. I would not change a thing.
This is an amazing clinic that supports our community! I wish they had more capacity to take on more clients as there is a big need in Humboldt County, but if you can get in this is the spot!
This new building is beautiful. A positive environment. Staff and front office very professional. Great place for women.
