I tried to cancel my appointment because the wait to see the doctor was too long, and I've decided to switch providers. After being on hold for a while, the call ended without speaking to anyone. It's frustrating to deal with this kind of communication, especially when you're just trying to do the right thing. I expected better from a medical office.

Nice and clean facility. Staffs were sincere and efficient; I was send to the room within mins. Dr Tran was very patient and spend the whole hour discussing the treatment plan with me. My family are all her patients; highly recommend to everyone.

This was my first visit here since I needed to find a new doctor that takes my HMO insurance. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and the doctor made me feel at ease with all my concerns. I will definitely come again to see her for my annual check up. She went through all my concerns and even was as nice as to ask the staff to have the hospital sent her my records instead of me saving all the records and sending them myself. The staff was a very friendly although a little late as the first patient and I waited 15 minutes outside the office, traffic is inevitable in the morning.

Dr. Tran has been my PCP for over a decade. She's very professional and cares for her patients. Her office is always warm, clean, and inviting to sit in while waiting to be seen. Her staff are pleasant and there to help with questions or concerns. Overall, Dr. Tran and her staff create a positive and professional atmosphere while attending to her patients.

I'm not even sure how that office has more than 3 stars!! I had a terrible experience with this physician and their office. I called 10 times just to get an update on my blood work, but no one ever answered, or I was put on hold for so long that they eventually hung up. When I finally got through, I was told that someone had physically brought my blood work to the office with a note to call me--yet I never received a call. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. The doctor was also incredibly rude, making the entire experience even worse. I will never use this office again and do not recommend them to anyone looking for competent and respectful care.
