Pacific Cardiovascular Associates Medical Group - Anaheim

I arrived with unanswered questions and left feeling confident. I truly appreciated UNeice and the doctor. UNeice, the PCA, (I'm sure I spelled her name wrong) was amazing--she took the time to ask about my concerns, showed genuine interest in how I felt, and effectively communicated my concerns to the doctor. This immediately put me at ease. When the doctor came in, she was already aware of my concerns, prepared, and ready to have a meaningful conversation with me. They make a great team, and I truly appreciated them taking the time to listen, address my concerns, and make me feel comfortable.

This review is specifically for Dr. David Weinberg. The Dr was TERRIBLE. Extremely insensitive and far from empathetic. For example, he asked what I did for work and I told him I travel to disabled adults homes and assist them with resources and anything needed to help them become independent. His response-" ok so you have a desk job." With the COLDEST look. I prepared myself for this as I had read other reviews describing his careless demeanor, but decided to give him a chance because of how terrible I had been feeling, I wish I would've just asked my PCP for a different referral to begin with. They also scheduled a heart ultrasounds and monitor placement over TWO months after my initial visit. Do not go here if you care about your health!!

Yesterday, I had my follow-up appointment at the Pacific Cardiovascular Associates Medical Group in Anaheim. Fortunately, I was able to get onto Dr. Jessica Li's busy calendar. Dr. Jessica Li is very meticulous, patient, thorough & she has a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Jessica Li.

It was the first time I visited this office for my heart stress test. Thought it's like other offices, come and go! This office has full of nice people, friendly staff. They instructed and helped me from the time l entered untill I finished my test. Wishing everywhere we're going to has this beautiful atmosphere! Thanks so much everyone in this PCA facility at 710 N. Euclid, Anaheim-CA.

I did not imagine that I was going to be facing difficulties with this nurse practitioner. She was grilling me because she didn't do her homework before the appointment with my mom. She said there was no history in record for my mom with their office. So I asked her how come no one told me about this before the appointment and she had no response other then I don't know. Very next day I called in to the office and I just was curious and their front desk person who handles appointments said that she was showing history record for my mom as of 2023. Front desk lady also said records are showing under the message section in my mom's file and so I asked her how come this nurse practitioner didn't know and the lady said she has nothing to do with nurses and that I could file complaint to the supervisor, I wanted to but for some reason I didn't. So this being mentioned I did not care for this nurse practitioner because she was being very abrupt with me and I did not appreciate it. I already told the office that I do not wish to be appointed with her.
