If I could give them no stars I would. I made an appointment for my husband back in September at 3:45. The day before his appointment they call to confirm and inform me that even though he is scheduled at 3:45 he won't be seen until 5:00. Because there are other appointments scheduled before him and wait time varies. I told them what was the point of making the appointment especially when they are telling me to be there 15 minutes before the appointment for the paperwork but to be aware he would still be seen until 5:00 but to check in at 3:30. I told them to reschedule because we had other things to do at 5:00. They rescheduled his appointment with attitude and annoyance. My husband couldn't remember what was the day of his appointment. When I tried calling the office I was never able to get a hold of them, or by the time I was out of work they were closed. We never got any notifications of his upcoming appointment. The office just started calling but they wouldn't leave no message or voicemail and by the time I was done working and tried to give them a call back their office was closed. I finally got a voicemail the day before his appointment to confirm. When we couldn't make the appointment because he was not able to get the day off. I called to let them know and that I would like to reschedule the lady then helping me over the phone told me that "usually patients call in advance to inform us if they're going to make their appointment or not and now because you didn't call in advance we won't able to fill the spot". But she would reschedule the appointment. I told her forget it we will look for a new cardiologist. Horrible service what a shame because my husband's PCP talked well about the doctor.

I never had a problem that the other people seem to have a long way or he doesn't listen to you he seems to listen to me he's very nice to me he's very polite to me and he seems very kind to me and his office staff is always nice to me so I don't understand but I'm 79 years old and my husband brings me I found him

From the start Dr Devaraj focused on my weight and refused to acknowledge any facts. Got an ekg showing low heart rate, high heart rate and abnormal palpitations but normal for me since I'm 31. He doesn't listen, is biased, sexist and won't look at the medical facts presented to him. If you're young, or female, or chronically ill DO NOT GO WITH HIM!!!

I am trying to take appointment for my husband for 2 weeks now ,I called the office gave them our primary doctor name and phone # ,they promised to call our doctor to get the authorization, and they told me they will call us back ,they never did. I called till now many many times ,with no results, and if Rose answered the phone ,usually she doesn't let me talk and explain to her what is going on . our doctor called today and they told us that they sent the authorization to Dr.Deveraji office ,and to ask about Rose ,I called to take an appointment ,she told me she is still working on the case. I told her ,I want an appointment you already got the authorization ,she kept telling me over and over " I am Rose and I am still working on your case . I want Dr.Devaraji to know that he has a very rude secretary.

Horrible customer care when calling, no follow through, office manager is very disrespectful to her staff in front of me (almost a patient) I will look else for care. Do not recommend.
