Dr. Ravi P. Makam

Dr. Makum is a great doctor. Me and my wife have been a patient of his for 10 years. He's a great cardiologist and cares about everyone of his patients. His son has now joined his practice and is also a doctor which further compliments this office. Dr. Makum has saved my wife's life and mine with his expert knowledge and service. Our insurance didn't want to pay for a test and Dr. Makum fought for us getting the approval. We are ever so grateful. The office staff Carolyn, Donna, and Rachael have the best customer service. I want to thank this office for all that they do and highly recommend them for all. We were sure lucky to become there patients when our other doctor retired and referred them.

Dr. Ravi Makam is an excellent cardiologist, probably one of the best. I have no issues with his ability to be a helpful and an intelligent doctor. When I contracted Covid19, he prescribed some excellent medications that allowed me to heal at home. The problem is how the office operates. I saw the doctor in January of 2021. Now, over a year later, they are calling and billing me for $650 for the day I saw him in January 2021. I gave them my medical card at my initial visit which they copied. Then they billed the wrong health insurance. In March, they contacted me and again, I gave them the correct information. Now, over a year later, they are billing and calling me for payment. A few days ago, I called my insurance I had at that time and with the help of a supervisor, the insurance company left a recorded message for Makam's office relating all the correct information to receive payment. Makan's office called me today about payment without listening to their voice mail. After speaking with them for a while on the phone and again giving them the correct information, and also alerting them that they have a voicemail with all the correct information, I stated that this felt like harassment for errors I did not make. No apology from them, stated it was not harassment. Nothing to admit that perhaps they should say sorry and take it from there. I have no confidence that they will follow instructions to get payment. You can have confidence in Dr. Makam but not the office's ability to run an efficient business with common courtesy and follow up.

Great experience with Dr. Makam and his very helpful staff. Bernice who takes care of all the scheduling was awesome at getting me scheduled for my follow-up appointment, super happy here and highly recommend this office.

Front staff is horrible. They do not have any manners and of course attitude...OMG..they treat you like you are beggar requesting for time and doctors service. I would stay away from this office. I am sure Doctor does not even know...God Bless America..
