Dr. is pleasant, the rating is for the staff : Receptionists are highly rude and unprofessional.. they try to belittle you like you're dumb and better than you...even over the phone you hear the musty attitude...geeshhh

If I could give zero stars I would. First time I went to schedule an appointment I waited for 30 minutes because the place was empty. I knocked and maid noise so someone would come and help and nothing. 30 minutes later I opened the door to the back rooms and the receptionist comes out a bit upset saying "this is our meeting hour". So why don't they lock their doors, right? I then maid a 9am appointment. When I get there it's looked. I'm calling and get no answer. Around 9:05 3 employees come in rushing late to work. I come in and no one bothers to help me. I finally told them I had an appointment and they didn't believe me. I had to show them my appointment card. After that they said "well the doctor is not here" and ignored me again while standing infront of them. I asked at what time he got there and there answer was "around 9:15. Depends on what time his first appointment is" and ignored me again. I was like excuse me I am his first appointment at 9 and he's not here and they did not bother to look at me nor respond. I just told them I would be best looking for another doctor and left. They are incompetent and rude.
