Doctor is great but staff is terrible. I made the follow-up appointment a month later, arrived 10 minutes early. Was told that there were three other people ahead and instantly knew what was going to happen. After waiting, waiting, and waiting some more I told them I'd have to reschedule. If I showed up 45 minutes late to an appointment, or a job interview, or a court appearance, they wouldn't see me. The same should apply, these people are not celebrities, they're doctors. My previous appointments were fine, doctor saw me after only 10 minutes. It's not my fault they double/triple book appointments. If you don't have room on the schedule, tell them you aren't taking new patients so we can go elsewhere and not waste the insurance company's time. As for the new appointment? Yesterday was October 26th, the card they gave me is for November 30th. So yeah, big problems there. Recommend going somewhere else.
