Cardiology Consulstants

Doctor is great but staff is terrible. I made the follow-up appointment a month later, arrived 10 minutes early. Was told that there were three other people ahead and instantly knew what was going to happen. After waiting, waiting, and waiting some more I told them I'd have to reschedule. If I showed up 45 minutes late to an appointment, or a job interview, or a court appearance, they wouldn't see me. The same should apply, these people are not celebrities, they're doctors. My previous appointments were fine, doctor saw me after only 10 minutes. It's not my fault they double/triple book appointments. If you don't have room on the schedule, tell them you aren't taking new patients so we can go elsewhere and not waste the insurance company's time. As for the new appointment? Yesterday was October 26th, the card they gave me is for November 30th. So yeah, big problems there. Recommend going somewhere else.

I am unhappy about my phone experience during their lunch hour...they could mention the reopen time or full lunch hours in the message we here. Extra anxiety is not needed

I did like the staff at the desk and the nurse, but the doctor literally came in wearing a dismissive smirk on his face and refused to to listen to any of our concerns. Took no health history, but felt confident to give a genetic diagnosis. I can't remember his name (he didn't bother to introduce himself), but a middle eastern guy. Avoid if you can.

I have been going to cardiology consultants for 7 years Dr. Sean Hirota is my cardiologist you will never find a more compassionate dedicated at top of his game I trust him with my life and I would recommend him to my family and friends there is no better, And his nursing staff again professional compassionate If you are going to cardiology consultants trust me when I tell you, you are in the best of hands

The staff here is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Sendhil Krishnan, whom I talked with, is knowledgeable and has a helpful encouraging communication style. I'm positively impressed all around with this medical group.
