Cynthia I think is the office manager is super polite and helpful. She took time to say hello and to check if I needed anything while I was waiting to be seen by the provider. The whole office is very efficient and informative. Such great team work! It is refreshing to see management and staff all working together.

Laura the gal that does the referrals is so sweet and lives her patients she is always helpful , overall Tristate has been a great choice locally for my loved ones needs

I was pleasantly surprised. The clinic was clean and the staff was very friendly. The Nurse Practitioner was very attentive and really listened to my concerns. This is the first Dr.'s appointment that I didn't have to wait forever to be seen. They do an excellent job scheduling their appointments.

Doctor was really nice, but it was a feeling he is a hurrying and one more thing- we asked a recommendation where to get a glasses for my son, he gave us a couple of them, buy non of them takes our insurance.

I honestly wish I would have read the reviews before coming here, the nurse with the blonde brassy hair is so rude. I definitely agree no sympathy! The other patients were being so much more helpful compared and even watched how she talked to me and told me to not let it get to me. Patients should not have to tell each other that regarding a nurse, it's unprofessional. I am a very understanding and positive person but as soon as I began talking to her she already had an attitude and was talking to me like I'm stupid. It instantly upset me because in my head I'm like why are you acting like this?? Horrible service! Please save yourself peace of mind and don't come here.
