Providence is always giving me most excellent care. It does not matter what department or which physician I am seeing the Care is always the same excellent. This also extends to the nurses within these different posts as well. Always courteous, always welcoming, always informative. The best staff ever thank you so much for everything
I had an appointment to get a Zio Patch put on. While the parking and facility were acceptable, finding my appointment was difficult due to communication at this facility. When making my appointment I was told to go to Suit 302, then proceed to G04... However after going to 302, I was told that I could not be helped there. I proceeded to G04 to then be told that I was still in the wrong spot and to proceed to 103.. All of these are on a different level of the facility. While I'm capable of the walk at the moment, I know that many cardiology patients would likely not be so capable or comfortable with this. That is my only recommendation for improvement. Other than that, the staff was very kind and facilities clean and nicely decorated for the Christmas Holidays.
My experience as a patient within the Providence healthcare system has been fairly positive, with all that has happened post-covid. I have found the medical and support staff approachable, willing to take time to help answer my questions and follow up in a timely manner. I do wish they could obtain more help [to ease and allow] for more availability in scheduling appointments and procedures--as most are always booking months to nearly a year in advance.
Dr Patel did my second heart surgery. He saved my life. He has been the best heart doctor that I've had in years and I've had several of the best! From his office staff all the way down to him, I feel completely taken care of & that they are more than interested in Helping you achieve new healthy lifestyles. The ease in which I can talk to Dr Patel is amazing. He's one of the best listeners I've ever experienced. I couldn't be happier with him. Anyone who needs a cardiologist, I recommend Dr. Vishal Patel. You simply cannot go wrong.
