Arkansas Heart Hospital Clinic

I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews. I schedule appointments for myself and give myself drive time and appointment time when I take time away from work. I was not informed of how behind this clinic was upon arrival. After 55 minutes of not even being checked in, I checked out. Excuse was the new system and insurance verification before I could be seen was slow and hard to input requested data. I drove 40 minutes to get to my appointment. I was on time. As I was leaving, my name was called for check in. I wouldn't have been able to stay through the appointment as I needed to return to work. I took an extra long lunch break and most everyone else waiting to be seen appeared to be retirement age and no one seemed agitated at the delay. I asked to reschedule my appointment. The office lady, told me it would be months out and she would have to call me to reschedule. It has been a week. I haven't received a call. If I had been 15 minutes late they would have cancelled my appointment and charged me a fee for a missed appointment. They wasted my gas and my time. I make time for those specialty appointments as I work 12-15 every day. It isn't easy to take time away from work. No apology, only excuses. Do better. Hate that. Now I need to find a new heart place for my issues.

Hey its Jane Cain. Don't know how to talk to your office. Dr Bavineni said my heart was good. I told him my left side hurt. Told him I choke plus I lost my voice. Told him I didn't feel good. Dr Bavineni told me all my health issues were "Female Aniexty" was in so much pain on my left side. Broke my heart to hear it's all in my head. Have an echocardiogram scheduled for the end of the month. Cancel. I have cancer. Left side of throat. It's bad. Surgery this week. Thank you Dr Bavineni. Please round up my records. My family wants them. So mad. Was so sick in his office. Was told I needed to see a therapist. Yikes. Throat cancer...Left side. Update. Requested my records 3 weeks ago and they refuse to release my records. Was told Dr Bavineni doesn't do throat s. Yes. Yes he does. He said my throat symptoms were in my head. That's doing "throats."

The care is excellent at the Searcy clinic, but the physical arrangement of intake is the poorest of any medical practice I have seen. The intake desk is isolated back in an office. There is no place to sign in in the the waiting area, and when I arrived today there were six elderly patients standing in a line which blocked the outside door, some waiting for intake and some waiting for final paperwork so they could leave. Two of the patients leaned on canes. The lone administrative employee is very competent, but there should be another employee to sign in patients and field phone calls. At the very least there should be designated intake seating with a number system so elderly patients aren't required to stand to save a place in the queue. The issues are easily fixable. The main clinic manager over the ACH satellites needs to spend a day here watching the flow with an eye for patient-centered design.

Professional and caring staff. Appointments are easy to get.

Apparently you can't call and schedule directly with the desk at the office now instead they have a new system. When I called the wait time to schedule was 34 minutes at 9am. I guess I won't be going back there. How ridiculous.
