Philip Michael Riley, DO

We have spent several appointments with Dr. Riley now. He is, by far, the most compassionate and informative doctor we have dealt with in Northwest Arkansas. He has taken the time to give detailed explanations of the pros and cons of medications as well as lifestyle change recommendations. He was patient, listened diligently, and was supportive of working with my wife to come up with the best courses of action that she would be comfortable with. Hands down wish that the rest of the medical community would take some lessons from him and his methods/bed side manner.

Dr. Riley did an amazing job. My wife had a heart attack and he got her in for a catheterization and stent the same day. The results were fantastic and she is now symptom-free. He explained everything in great detail and very clearly. Great bedside manner and a sense of humor.

Dr Riley and his entire team are outstanding. They always take time to listen and be sure they understand my heart issues and symptoms to assure a correct treatment. They also respond quickly to my phone call when I need a speedy response. I am fortunate to be his patient, and have complete confidence in the care that they give.

I went to him because I was having chest pains. He started treating me for a heart condition. I rapidly started going down hill. I was only 40 yrs old. I finally insisted he give me a heart catheter to prove I had heart issues. I insisted on not being knocked out cause I didn't trust him. The results was I had no heart issues. 2 years later I went to a nurse practitioner that took the time to find out was wrong. It was hypothyroidism. It's sad he just wanted to medicate me without having a reason. Years after my experience my husbands uncle almost died till he went to Tulsa and had an ablation. I then found out his cardiologists was Dr. Riley with mercy. The cardiologist in Oklahoma also inform us his pace maker was installed improperly. Since his Dr. Was Riley he couldn't fix it without Riley's permission. Dr. Riley got offended and refused to give permission. Thank goodness they changed Dr.s . I believe our uncle would be dead if they stayed with him.

Best cardiologist (and maybe doctor) I've ever experienced. I have a congenital heart issue, and I've moved around a lot, which means I've seen a lot of cardiologists. Dr. Riley is the most caring and attentive doctor I've ever visited with. I felt like he had all the time in the world to explain everything to me and I felt like a valued individual. It's been years since I've seen him, but I remember his visit vividly as one of the most positive experiences I've ever had.
