The cardiology department at Mercy Hospital Northwest Arkansas provided me with excellent care. The doctors and nurses were incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive to my needs as a patient with Epilepsy and Narcolepsy. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my treatment. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of cardiac care.

Although I cannot recall the name of the first nurse who admitted me, she provided excellent care and made a strong first impression.
There was one nurse who was truly outstanding, and the same can be said for the Tech. The nurses bedside manner exceeded every expectation. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely supportive. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions--or find the answers when needed--and explain the physician's orders in a way that was easy to understand. She made me feel safe, informed, and confident that I was being closely monitored. She exemplifies what a compassionate, professional nurse should be.
The Tech was also an exceptional technician. She consistently checked on my comfort, demonstrated excellent bedside manner, and made sure I knew that any needs or questions would be communicated promptly to my nurse. Her presence contributed greatly to the sense of security I felt during my stay. The running joke was "I wouldn't show off, so she wouldn't have to show off."
Their professionalism, compassion, and teamwork made a meaningful difference in my experience, and I am sincerely grateful for the care they provided.

I had to take my husband to the ER last Thursday. He was exhibiting symptoms of a TIA. II was amazed at how quickly the ER staff triaged, did the necessary testing and got him back to a room! Every hospital in the state should take note and function that efficiently! We have had ER visits that have literally been 12 hours of sitting in the ER lobby, before we have seen anyone! He was admitted into the hospital and they apologized for the 30 minute wait to get a room! It's hours every where else! Once we got up on the cardiac floor, we were amazed by the beautiful room! The staff on the cardiac floor were all wonderful too! The ER staff was very quick to diagnose my husband and treatments started immediately! Many thanks to all of them for their expertise and quick response! I also want to thank everyone on the cardiac floor (if I missed anyone, I am sorry!)

My first time delivering here with my second child. Absolutely amazing place to deliver. Not just one or a few but every nurse I met was amazing! Day shift and night shift equally. Delivery room and postpartum room. All were amazing and nice. My OB (Dr.Hill) was equally as amazing! The nurse that shine the brightest was Chasity! She was absolutely amazing! Help me through all of it. Thank you Chasity. Thank you to all the staffs in the labor and postpartum departments. You made my labor experience positive and calm. I'm glad I came here! Highly recommend! 10/10

I only came here after a primary doctor wouldn't see me and said go to the ER. I got there about 3:15 p.m. on a Thursday. I got in and had bloodwork, xrays, UA, and bladder scan pretty quickly. I saw what I assume was the hospitalist but he didn't say and then a neurologist virtually.(i went to an ER and saw a doctor on a screen.) I was told they wanted an MRI but that likely couldn't happen until tomorrow at the earliest. (And leaving and coming back wasn't allowed. I would have to find a primary care doctor to order one and that could take months. Make that make sense.) That was maybe 4:30. I wasn't being admitted just need to wait because, "there are people that need it more." I get that, but I'm important too. I came in for a painful issue. I wasn't given anything for pain and I was freezing. I know test results came back because MyMercy alerted me but nobody went over them with me. I asked how much an overnight stay would cost and I was literally told they don't have that information and they aren't required to tell me. Finally about 7:30 i was miserable and hobbled out to find the nurse. She basically said we are just waiting for the MRI. I told her my frustrations with not being told anything. I finally left. Can you imagine waiting in pain in a cold ER having no idea when your condition will be worthy of an MRI? I won't go there again. I totally get urgency levels take priority but talk to your patient! I strongly suggest not going here.
