Mercy Clinic Cardiology - Physician Plaza

I love all my other doctors through mercy hospital. God forbid I ever have to see any cardiologists from here again. Not knowing what is causing something doesn't mean your patient is just obese with anxiety. You are allowed to not know the answer and send them to someone that may be able to. Heck send them to physical therapy or a psychiatrist if you think thats the answer! On the other hand the nurses and techs are lovely people that deserve to never step in water with their socks on for the rest of their lives.

More evidence that Mercy has NO Mercy. They wouldn't let me make an appointment. Apparently people just call up and try to make an appointment. OMG - imagine that! Clearly those people have tooooooo much $$$. I told them I had a referral. They didn't give me instructions about what to do next. . .I also mentioned that my insurance company doesn't require a referral. They admitted that it is a requirement from their Doctors. Still no directions about how to get an appointment or what I needed to do next. They clearly don't want to treat you. We all need to find somewhere else! We are people who deserve to be treated well. I know that it is hard in NWAR to get health care, but really why would we go somewhere that we are actively discourage from seeking care????????

Took my mom for a procedure and "nurse" Tania J was the worst. Told my mom "it doesn't matter what you want, it's what the doctor wants", belittled her until my mom gave in basically and anytime I tried to speak up she rolled her eyes and ignored me. Some of her words were "I know you don't know anything about this..." I said "oh but I do" and she proceeded to ignore me and just walk out. Every word out of Tonya's mouth was "it's a problem..." for the entire five hours we have been here. She is not a nurse and needs to be fired or go back to schooling.

Don't waste your time! My dr referred me to them and after 27 days still no way to schedule an appointment. The online feature doesn't work.They indicate only 1 person can schedule and they receive 100 a day and that person is overwhelmed. I've called twice and talked to a supervisor and got the same answer. I called another dr and got an appointment in the first try. Don't put up with poor service, snippy attitudes and rudeness. Not worth it

If you are a new patient, don't even bother! I've been trying to get in for 7 months I have been rescheduled 3 times, even after telling them about cardiac events I've been having. They were supposed to send me a holter monitor a month ago in the mail. I followed up today just to be told that my appointment was being pushed back another 2 months. I can't speak on the care but I can tell you that you will not be a priority to them.
