My husband has been going to this clinic for nearly 20 years and the team there has always been professional and responsive. However, they have changed their scheduling and you can no longer talk to a person, but must leave a voice mail when you need to schedule an appointment. I have been trying to get my husband scheduled for a procedure to correct his afib and provide some relief from his acute heart failure and NO ONE has returned my phone calls for four business days. When I talked to the supervisor yesterday, I was told that they had left me voice mails on 5/5 and 5/7, which they did. However, I was in business meetings and had to call back. I have left 8 voice mails since 5/7 and all the supervisor could do was connect me back to the voice mail of the scheduler. Meanwhile, my husband is at high risk of stroke & cardiac arrest because I can't get this procedure scheduled for him. Almost seems like they want my husband to die.
