I would not recommend, I've waited over a month plus for appointment just for them to cancel my appointment last minute due to them not being sufficient at their job! Horrible customer service! very dissatisfied.

When I walked into this office I had so much anxiety about what was going on in my body. Nobody really took the time to tell me exactly what was wrong with me, but then I met Janell Davis. She has given me so much peace about my situation and has given me the strength to keep pushing. I can tell that she actually cares about me and was willing to put me in the right hands so that I can finally have peace of mind about my situation. I may not have all the answers but I know God sent Janell Davis to give me hope for tomorrow. Thank you Janell, you are truly God sent. Keep doing you, girl!

My father is an established patient and has left several voicemails regarding some concerning issues he's having and not a single person will call him back. Which is crazy when his doctor told him to call him with any issues. The doctors are good if you can get ahold of them and have them actually help manage your heart condition. Very dissatisfied and I cannot recommend them based on the communication we've experienced so far.

Dr. Caldwell always makes me feel like he's truly concerned. That's very important being that he's a heart specialist. Thanks Dr. Caldwell! I must also give a high 5 to Kinsey, his nurse, who is always so kind & truly listens! Ty Kinsey, you're AWESOME! Last but not least Caitlyn, tyvm for explaining Body Guardian device to me, your information made all the difference & I was less afraid about having to wear it. Thanks guys you're the BEST!

I'm scheduled for bariatric surgery next week. I've requested that Dr. Yadav send clearance for this surgery 3 times. The last time was face to face with Dr. Yadav. I got a call from my surgeons office today requesting clearance once again. I left a message for Dr.Yadavs nurse to call me about this. 3 hrs later she still hadn't called me. I called again and spoke to another staff member and explained the situation. I was put on hold for a significant amount of time and when he returned, he told me that she was very busy and would call me back when she had time. I explained again that if my surgeon's office didn't get the clearance then they would cancel my surgery. I tried to explain what I needed and how urgent it was but he kept interrupting me asking had we requested the information. He was rude and abrupt and apparently the nurse was short on customer service skills as well. If my surgery gets canceled after I've gone through all the prep, I will find another cardiologist, and not with this clinic
