Had a CRT defibrillator installed 4 days ago. Dr. Wallace thoroughly evaluated my situation, and recommended, what I felt was, a good course of action. The check-in and prep process went smoothly, and the procedure started just 30 minutes past my 2:30 pm scheduled start time. Doc determined I would be better served by an upgraded 3-lead device, much to my satisfaction! The procedure went smoothly and I was discharged that same night, as doc had promised. Dr. Wallace was very pleasant to deal with, and I was very comfortable with his knowledge, experience and capabilities. At this point, my recovery is on-track. I highly recommend Dr. Wallace!

Dr. Wallace is very personable and professional. He is excellent explaining things to the patient and family. I would recommend him anytime.

At first blush, Dr. Wallace seemed smart, conservative and very thoughtful. I thought he was a good doctor. When I saw him in public later, he treated me like a smelly servant, very dismissive. It hurt. I had not wanted to take up any of his time as it was just a friendly greeting in public. But, he apparently thought I would interrupt his schedule. and dismissed me rudely. Patients might have worshipped him in the past, but not me.

Dr. Wallace is a great physician. He always takes time explaining things to my husband. I would recommend him to anyone. Definitely, worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to see him.

Dr Wallace is absolutely wonderful! He put in a pacemaker / defib device for my husband 2 yrs ago and it has saved his life on two recent occasions. He helped us get to another specialist in his group who performed complex and high risk surgery and it was successful. He could not have been kinder to us and we are so grateful. We would recommend him and his colleagues to anyone and are so thankful he is here giving wonderful care to Arkansans!
