I have had nothing but hell trying to get my brother in for a prostate mri due to a lump. Dr beau changed his pacemaker from medtronics to abbott pacemaker. Now he can't get an appointment for an mri. Could be cancer. Who the hell knows? No one will do the mri because it is an abbott pacemaker. I guess you just die. Heart hospital will do nothing (dr beau) who did the replacement. And no one else will touch you with an abbott pacemaker. So die of cancer. Thanks Scott beau!

I'll remove this complaint after the Doctor is made aware of my issue. If I don't get a response, I'll copy & paste my issue to Yelp, Neighborhood App, WebMD, RateMD, facebook, healthgrades, and UnitedHealth Care's Physician finder. The Doctor, AHH upper management and his counterparts will eventually read this. My first appointment with this was in December 2022. I had 6 appointments over the last 17 months. Drs Beau and paxio have never expressed any concerns. The Doctors seem to be experts. My issue is with the staff. Over three weeks ago, Dr Beau's Staff performed ECG & checked my 7-year old internal defibrillator. No concerns per Dr Beau as I was seeking medical clearance for oral surgery. After he said, "you are good," he asked if I had any other questions. I asked about optional heart test and he mentioned a PET scan. I said "sure" because I haven't had a PET scan in 7 years. Within a few days, I received a voicemail from the doctors office informing me that UnitedHealth Care didn't find a PET scan to be necessary & the office is scheduling an echocardiogram instead. If the Doctor advised an echocardiogram after giving oral surgery clearance, I would have said "no." Now I am frustrated so I left voicemail with office coordinator Misty that I had an echocardiogram less than 16 months ago. If someone would look at previous echo (Medical Records from OKC Cardiologist), that person would see that my injection fraction improved impressively and the Doctor was happy with progress. For over one week, I've been playing phone tag with Misty (clinic coordinator) unable to get answers why Dr said "your clear" and now I must set an appointment for another echocardiogram. My perception of misty is getting worse everyday. I wish she would be professional, stop playing games, and discuss my issue instead of blowing me off hoping I'll give up. I will give up and seek a new cardiologist. Like I said, I'll remove this review after Dr Beau's Office Coordinator actually speaks to the Doctor instead of relying on notes from Electronic Medical Records. I'm trying to schedule oral surgery before my new job starts in a few weeks. No answers from Misty or anyone from Doctor's office. I've even tried communicating with Dr. Beau's patient portal with no response. On Wednesday morning, Misty (Clinic Coordinator) assures me that she will speak to Dr Beau, clarify, and call me back. Thursday evening came and MISTY never called me. I've lost a lot of confidence in Dr Beau's staff. I agree with the other 1-star rating. The office probably has too many patients if the clinic coordinator can't answer my question and return a call when she says she will.

Dr Beau has been such a blessing to me by kindly and patiently listening to my concerns regarding my heart conditions and guiding me to where I can get my problem solved. His whole staff are caring also. Dr Beau is one of the most humblest professionals I've ever meet.

I've had some very bad experiences with my pacemaker generator changes, that's why I chose Dr. Beau for my third one yesterday. As an RN of 38 yrs, I've seen many Drs and had health problems myself. Dr. Beau literally saved my life yesterday, and his team is an e tension of him. I would recommend him to any and everyone.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a doctors office. I'm sure that he is a good cardiologist but he is very bad to overbook patients and there is not a caring attitude whatsoever. Scheduling 80 patients in one day is very excessive. My appointment was at 3 PM and I saw the doctor at 6:30 PM. I will never go back!
