Cardiology Associates of Northeast Arkansas

This morning I had my first appointment there. The cardiologist requested that I get blood work done. The person that took my bloodwork was rude. Even though she was being rude I didn't say a word. After a while she became frustrated when she couldn't hit a vein. She looked at me and said, you know when you pull back this makes my job difficult? I explained to her that it was painful with her constantly moving the needle around, her response was, it still makes my job difficult. I asked for her name which she didn't want to give to me and spoke with an office manager I will not be returning, first impressions are everything and that was absolutely horrible. I wouldn't be surprised if she infiltrated my vein. I refuse to keep putting my dollars into establishments that treat patients this way.

Dr. Younis, Dr. Arroyo, Dr. Hendrich and Nurse Wooten-all great doctors and staff. They are kind and treat my mother with respect. The wait time is under an hour and the front desk seems to be orderly and organized with getting patients in and out. Amy is a doll. Always nice and smiling! Have yet to have a bad experience here.

The most dysfunctional waiting room and check in process I've ever seen. On par with the DMV.

Rude staff (another patient and i listened to a nurse bad mouth another patient after they'd left), unorganized, very overbooked (the wait was about 2 hours). I sat back in the exam room for almost another hour waiting for a 5 minute consult. None of the nurses had any clue what my medicines were for and kept trying to prescribe me things that were for the exact same symptoms. The doctor went over basic notes in a hurry and acted annoyed when i asked questions, so i left not knowing exactly what the problems were. When i was checking out, i told the nurse that i had a preference of appointment days. she said "well you'll just have to take what i've got." The bathroom was also extremely filthy. Disgusting biohazard.
