HORRIBLE, ARGUMENTATIVE STAFF!! I've used Dr. Lai for my PCP and women's health for several years and have now fired her for the 3rd and last time. The office staff is incredibly rude, bills incorrectly and threatened collections for $4.70 copay that was charged incorrectly. They REFUSE to rebill or even take any kind of responsibility for their error. When my insurance company called to discuss the billing issue, they were hung up on. When feeling ill, Dr. Lai's answer to everything is to throw multiple antibiotics at you. They do not call when labs are ready. When asked about holistic approaches/supplements for menopause, she (A) refused to believe I was having hormonal changes and refused bloodwork to check my hormones and (B) had ZERO recommendations. Her response was "well I haven't hit menopause yet so I don't know". I tried to find other doctors in the area and was forced to come back to Dr. Lai three times now. Then, because of the incorrect charge, I recently received a letter stating she would no longer provide services to me. Don't even bother trying her services unless you like feeling like just a number and encountering rude staff with pissy attitudes.

I love Dr. Lai. She asks questions, let's you ask questions, listens to what you have to say and even though she has a computer in front of her, she has eye contact with you when you are speaking to her. She is very knowledgeable. No many months wait to get an appointment to see her. She and her staff are friendly and seem to be genuinely happy to see you and speak to you. It's been a long time since I had a doctor like that.

Dr. Lai has been my PCP for nearly four years. She is great! She takes my concerns seriously and works hard to identify any health issues and establish a plan of care. And, though I'm usually only visit annually, I am always able to call and get an appointment when I need. Dr. Lai is a gem to our community's medical team!

I just tried to make an appointment. The front desk just told me that since I have not been to see Dr. Lai in a few years I am not able to ever see her again. I have had to travel out of state for health care and now I want to reestablish a home health team. I am being told that I can't come back. I have never missed an appointment. I don't owe a bill and I am insured. This is TERRIBLE. They told me to go to Urgent Care. I don't recommend this office. Find another physician.

Dr. Lai is a very thorough and safe-praticing M.D. Trust her with my health needs. Nurse is kind as well. Can be hard to get in when sick, but care-clinics now seem to be filling in.
