Karen did my mom's cardio test and she was absolutely wonderful. So patient, kind, and gentle. We really appreciate the way she treated my mom.

Scheduling took 6 attempts with hold time of more than 30 minutes. Only to get disconnected once I spoke with someone. Was told they didn't receive a referral from my husbands PCP- yet we were returning their calls! Requested an appointment in HOT SPRINGS and they scheduled him in Little Rock. You can guess how friendly the front desk ladies were in Hot Springs when all of this was explained to them. Spoke to us like we were stupid and to blame.

Though Dr Beau spends most of his time at the hospital in Little Rock, his assistant Sarah Jones is more than qualified to deal with you which is a very nice young lady who will take the time to listen to you and have an intelligent conversation with you. She is there on Tuesdays. Works for me because I'd rather not drive to Little Rock to talk to her if I can do it here in town The doctor does come to this Clinic a few times a month. If you need to see him faster than that you should book your appointments in Little Rock. The front desk lady on the left is very nice dude there's some new girl on the right who needs to learn how to talk to people. Dr Beau founded the Arkansas Heart Hospital and it is a world-class five-star cardiac facility. I'm glad he's my cardiologist, he is saving my life.

We have gone to the clinic twice now. The womwn in the front talk to you like youre stupid. We have only had one lady be kind to us when we checked in for the initial appointment. Even the doctor wasn't very nice. Went in for a stress test and I couldn't do much and the lady acted like i was waisting her time. I really dont like how they treat patients!

Friendly in back, but you front end people need to get re-schooled on how to smile and actually talk to the patients.... This is only my 2nd time to this clinic in Hot Springs and twice I walk in and no one is smiling, greeting patients, nothing at all out of the front end. I was on hold with them as I walked in to tell them I was running 5 minutes late, and hmmmm no one was even on the phone. So why was I on hold?
