My experience with Dr kantola nurse Monica,, where to begin.. my boyfriend has had an appointment for a tooth extraction and needs a Dr clearance since he's on xerelto, twice now she has failed to send the faxed paperwork back, two wasted trips hour one way! This isn't the only thing, he had to have shoulder surgery and once again the paperwork for medical release was not faxed for the surgery! Now next front desk is very hard to get through your either on hold for 15 to no telling how many minutes just to get an appointment, I usually quit waiting after 15 minutes. My main complaint is that when you need a medical clearance good luck because you will not get it by fax and you have to reschedule everything for lack of doing that one part of their job!!

I've literally have tried 6xs to get a call back from the billing department. I left a message every time. All I want to know is has both my insurances paid BEFORE I pay a hefty amount. This started March 10th and I've yet to get a response. I'll never be back!

My appointment was At two O'clock I was called in write at 2 o'clock on the dot I was in for about 30 minutes after that and everyone there was just as kind and considerate. And professional and I thought the Doctor was top-notch and carry and to me. You're inconsiderate, I don't look forward to what's coming up with my helf, but I think I'm in the right place with the right people God bless you all. I love you

Dr. Kantola took care of my husband five years ago when he was admitted to the hospital with viral myocarditis causing congestive heart failure. He used the least invasive procedures necessary for him to survive. Five years later, my husband is no longer dealing with heart failure and is in the best health he's been in. We've never had any issues with the office. The front desk staff is always knowledgeable, and the wait times are minimal. Calling Dr. Kantola's nurse is never a problem, and she responds quickly--just make sure to bring your medication when you come, as she's not fond of you forgetting it. :) If you're facing any heart issues, this is definitely the place to go. Fix your appointment scheduling. For the last 5 years, every time I've come here, I've had to wait 30+ minutes after my appointment time to even be called back, yet you have a sign up saying that, had I been just 5 minutes late, my appointment would be cancelled and I would owe money. A client shouldn't be held to higher standards than the professional that they are paying. Edit to add: Dr. Adams herself is amazing, and I'm so glad shes moving to a different practice in town.
