Fayetteville Diagnostic Clinic, A MANA Clinic

I totally love this clinic. Tomorrow will be my third time this week. It is a huge building & I can never find my way out. Every single person in that building has been so polite & helpful with everything. The Dr. put his hand on my back as I was on the treadmill & he ask if I was ok, I'm handicapped. My new PCP is so kind yet thorough with my healthcare. I feel so confident in her. Glad a Dr. from church recommended this clinic. Feeling Blessed.

Dr. Norys, my new internist, was courteous and answered all my questions. He was very busy with patients but treated me like I was the only patient there. He is very knowledgeable and when I left the clinic I had confidence that all my issues were addressed. He is an exceptional physician.

Great doctor who has been very helpful for me and my family. The first nurse taking vitals was less than friendly. Very ice cold attitude and then comments about how my blood pressure was probably a little high because I was running late. Not her problem to address. A good attitude is important for all clients. You don't know what they are going through. Other nurses were fine.

I see Dr. Clay, an internal medicine physician, at FDC. He is not only a wonderful physician, but he is a kind human, as well. He really takes the time to listen to his patients, and he is incredibly intelligent. In addition , his nurse is also very caring and knowledgeable. I am so very happy he is my doctor and my daughter's doctor. It is so hard to find excellent physicians and staff these days. We really lucked out! Thank you to everyone at FDC, for being such great people!

The staff at front desk are rude! There isn't any supervision I all most walked out bc i was really upset with the staff at the front desk! The guy that did my breathing is the one that really helped me out and the fact that I really like my new doctor. The young lady in the back didn't know how to take a b/p WHY DONT THE STAFF WEAR NAME BADGES is that bc they don't want you to report them?? The other young lady that came into the room i was in had no NAME BADGE! The lady's at the front NO NAME BADGES! I think someone seriously needs to address this with the staff and also the staff aren't aware of how far you have to travel to get to Fayetteville at the MANA CLINIC. They either need to look at a map of all the surroundings cities of Arkansas and the distance it takes to get there bc the front desk thinks you can get there in 30 minutes when you travel 3 hours. So please educate them. Maybe they wont be so rude about things plus it wouldn't hurt if the supervisor was around to hear these things! Please check into this matter. Thank you!
