Unorganized. Some of the staff are wonderful but I can't deal with the clutter. Go for a visit he orders meds but they don't call them in I have to call for them to do it. Doctor ordered 2 test I had to call and remind them and set the appointment up in their office. WTH Then go for test and no instructions of what not to do before test. Oh and couldn't find the office manager for my complaint
Though I still have pain, Dr Dod seems to have done a fairly good job with the arterial angiogram on my leg, but he allowed me to go way too long without eating. I passed out on my way back home and had to be taken to ER. Then the follow-up visit wait times were way too long. Too many people scheduled at the same time.The straw that broke the camel's back was the last visit, whereas he only gave me about ONE MINUTE OF HIS TIME! This is Totally unacceptable!
