Patient
I am a patient of Dr. Leding and am very pleased with him as my Cardiologist. My husband is also a patient. The problem is the clinic in general, I needed to speak with someone in his office and was on hold for 15 minutes just for someone to answer the call then when questioned why I was calling was put on hold for another 10 minutes for the person to determine who I needed to speak with in the office and then finally transferred my call to Dr. Leding's scheduler and had to leave a message for a return call. Bottom line--it is ridiculous to be on hold for 25 minutes to just leave a message. I know they are busy but I don't have this problems at other large physician clinics.
