Saline Heart Group

Dr.hatch is a great cardiologist if anyone looking for a cardiologist go to him. He listens and takes his time with you does a lot of studies to get down to the bottom of the problem you have. He is a wonderful person.

My mom was unexpectedly hospitalized last fall with CHF. We got great care at Saline Memorial (another story) and met Dr. Hatch. His level of communication and knowledge of the heart are exceptional. His staff is the same. Mom loves him because he sits and talks to her; he has a talent for explaining complicated things so we can understand them. Jennifer V at his office has gone above and beyond to keep me informed about Mom since I live out of state; I am beyond grateful. They have also been really good about FMLA paperwork, which allows me to come and care for Mom. They are amazing; I can't recommend them enough.

I went through 3 cardiologist before I found Dr. Hatch. I never have had a doctor treat me as well as he has. He sat and talked with me for over an hour about everything under the sun trying to figure out what was going on with me. His bedside manor is impeccable, his knowledge superior, he make you feel like family. I can't say enough good things about him.

They never answer the phone when I call them. I've been calling them for a week now to try and reschedule an appointment. I've tried calling early, mid day and in the afternoon. NO ANSWER! If they don't answer on Monday, I'll have to miss my appointment and it better not be on me.

I would not recommend Saline Heart Group. They cancelled my appointment without talking with me. I arrived 30 min early, only to find out it had been cancelled. This is not good business, especially from medical professionals.
