Had to drive my sister to the appt cuz she was havibg car trouble. When we found the general area, we couldnt find the bldg bcuz lack of decent signage. I called the doctors office fir directions. On answering the phone I got an immediated "hold please" then etwrnal hold. I called numberius times n sane thing. I got tired of wasting gas cruising the parking lot, so i parked n we walked. We finally saw a guy in the parking lot and he told where Dr. Dimas office was. My sister at this point was getting everheated from walking in the heat. I told my sister to go into the office n I would bring the car closer. My sister camr out of the building 10-15 min later. She said she was feeling worse from the heat and never got checked in. When she had went inside it was aporox 10:10 am. It was now about 10:25 am. She told me the receptionist was waiting on one guy the whole time. She saw the women walk to a cabinrt for a minute then asked the guy how to sign in. She signed in and cintinued to wait. The receptionist continued to help the guy and nvr acknowleged her. She came outside to get me because she didnt want to pass out on the floor of the lobby. I imnediately had he get in the xar and took her to a resteraunt to cool off and get something cold to drink. I called Dr. Dimad office yi tell them what had happened. The receptionist continued to answervand immediately say "hold Please" put u on hold befor you could say anything just as before. I called back a few minutes later and the recetionist finally spoke. When I told about what had happened and she got defensive and started talking over me. She would not get me a supervisor when I asked for one. In my opinion that woman is lazy and needs to learn to do her job and respect the customers. The Doctor needs to know what type rotten apple passive aggressive employees she has. We never got to find out if the doxtir wad any good. But, the doctor is only as goid as her staff. I gave a score of 2 cuz the doctor could be good. The Receptionist deserves a 0, I would nvr hire her. She needs to take some customer service classes and sensitivity training. Also time managrment classes. If she cant deal with peopke, maybe a job in the back office bookkeeping or janitor. If yur gonna treat people like crap you might as well have a job cleaning it.
