The staff overall are very nice and thorough. I was very anxious about the procedure and it was painless and prompt. The doctor walked me through the entire thing and just when I felt super anxious he started talking to me and put me at ease. Very professional. Super impressed.

All of the staff that I encountered, in both buildings, were friendly, efficient, and helpful! PA Rosengren was very knowledgeable and compassionate. I highly recommend Pima Heart & Vascular.

The Doctor I had at this office was a decent doctor and I had no issues with the actual doctor here. However, if you ever need to speak with an actual human being to have someone from the office staff do anything you may need other than schedule an appointment , good luck. No one there seems to be on the same page and nobody was willing to do any digging to figure why a simple signature doesn't seem to be making it to where it needs to be. There seemed to be a complete lack of communication amongst the staff and an unwillingness to be effective communicators. Details matter and people end up dead because of simple miscommunication and when I see an unwillingness to address that issue like I did at this office, then you have lost my trust entirely. I am terrified that this is what the medical industry has as its standard these days. Very unsettling. Hopefully I'll have better luck at a different cardio office! Good luck to anyone who has to go through this office of gross incompetence.

Super fast and very friendly staff! Arrived almost an hour before my appt and let them know I was there and would wait. Took a seat and they called my name within minutes! I was just there to get a heart monitor attached, but I was in and out of the office about 40 min before my scheduled appointment. I hope all the appointments go that well. I really liked them.
