Excellent cardiologist who takes the time to talk to his patients in eassy terms. He is through and detailed I highly recommend Dr. Ramirez.

I have been a patient of Dr Ramirez for about four years. The progress of my heart issues have required more frequent visits over the last 18 months. Dr Ramirez is professional with considerable experience. During my time with him he is familiar with my history and narrows his focus on the the most important issues. I have come to appreciate his analogies to describe what's going on with my cardiac health to help me better understand complicated issues and, he does so with wit and humor. I have developed a high level of confidence in his counsel and recommendations. A side point is that the technician ( I believe his name is Adrian) that administered the last three echocardiograms is excellent. I believe he and Dr Ramirez work closely together. My care from Dr Ramirez has been five star. Accessing contact with the office personnel has not been five star. Multiple calls have been necessary and messages seem to be ignored many times and has been frustrating. This notwithstanding, I continue to have confidence in my care from Dr Ramirez.

This office is poorly run. They don't follow up, put in orders for procedures under other doctor's names without letting us know (we had no idea who the order was out in by because the office didn't contact us) and the doctor didn't even review the chart before meeting with us (said he was planning to order tests that we were meeting with him to review the results of. when i pointed that out, he actually looked through the chart.).

This is place you want to go if you need a cardiologist. The staff is great and Dr. Ramirez is known worldwide. There was a man in the office who drove in from New Mexico to see him. It is a super busy office - so plan on spending an hour or so here. Your health is worth it. Cheers
