The front desk staff at this facility were good. Dr. Tirrito was not! He spent little to no time with me during my 1st and 2nd visit. After my third visit for a PET scan, I was told he would call me with the results the following week. I waited three weeks and never got a phone call from him or his assistant. I had to call twice before anybody would give me the results. No explanation as to why I wasn't contacted and no apology. Would definitely not recommend this doctor!
Dr. Tirrito has been great - very professional, always on time. I found out about a year ago that I had AFib and I am an athletic person. Dr. Tirrito is an endurance runner, clearly understood my lifestyle, and carefully guided me through the treatment necessary to get my heart back into proper rhythm. I just enjoyed a quick 32 mile ride on my bike! The staff at the East River Road office is fantastic. They ask you to show up 15 minutes early, and I have always been in the examination room on time and quickly on my way. Rx's are easily refilled and appointments always convenient. Highly recommended.
