Everyone is friendly and act in a manner that makes you think they care about you.
Dr. Patel always comes in promptly after I'm taken into the exam room. He has obviously reviewed my chart ahead of time and is acutely aware of my health and what's important to me. Ireally appreciate the care i get from him and his team. I do think he's a little jealous that I've climbed Mt Whitney and he hasn't although, he didn't hold that against me

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Patel for a second opinion, and I was truly impressed by his level of preparation and professionalism. He had clearly taken the time to thoroughly review my medical history beforehand, which allowed us to focus entirely on my questions and concerns during the appointment without having to revisit everything from the start. His empathetic and understanding approach immediately put me at ease, and his reassurance gave me a renewed sense of confidence in my care plan. Dr. Patel is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and compassionate. It's easy to see why he is so highly rated. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking a cardiologist who genuinely cares about their patients.

Dr Patel is a very nice man. Seems caring enough but he has me on 4 BP meds (one being a combo med). When I passed out, he suspected I was dehydrated not that I was over medicated.
Now my other issue is his assistant Latricia Smith. I messaged to ask a question about dosage for one of my meds. Ms. Smith became indignant that I was even asking what the dose was since it had never changed. She became loud and unprofessional until I reminded her that I had passed out a couple times and Dr. Patel had temporarily changed it. After more attitude, she finally said she would contact Dr Patel about the matter. I thanked her for her help but she didn't hear because she had hung up in the middle of my goodbye. Real nice

Today's visit was the most pleasant doctor visit I've had in years. The front desk staff was so friendly I had to tell them. The assistants to Dr Patel were professional and efficient. Dr Patel listened so closely and clearly, and responded without hesitation or doubt. He was very reassuring. The lab techs were also pleasant and professional. I didn't even feel the procedure. Wow!! Thank you!!
