My family and I have moved around a bit due to my husband's career. Ive had a different cardiologist for every state. I've been blessed with many great doctors over the years and I can honestly say that Dr Algeo is my favorite one by far. The offices are nice and clean. The staff are friendly and responsive to my questions and concerns. The wait-time in the office is not long at all (less than 15 minutes). Dr Algeo is attentive, thorough, and still has time to answer my questions. He really listens and is supportive and encouraging. I cannot praise Dr Algeo and his staff enough and am so thankful that I have him on my team.

I just had the most amazing medical check up at Pima Heart and Vascular. I just moved to Tucson and had an urgent need to see a new cardiologist, as I was out of some of my prescriptions and needed immediate refills. His nurse practitioner Amy was very thorough in reviewing my medical records, and Dr. Algeo took the necessary time to get to know me and review my medical history. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Algeo. I first saw him two and a half years ago to rule out heart issues as my source of extreme fatigue. He took my symptoms seriously when other doctors hadn't. Once I was under his care, he did appropriate tests to diagnosis me. Just a few days later, I was in emergency surgery having a triple bypass as my heart was barely functioning. Had he not acted so quickly and competently, I would not be here today. Dr. Algeo has been compassionate, caring, but most importantly, an incredible doctor who literally saved my life. I'm grateful to have such a great doctor still taking care of me.
