I was hoping to leave a private review so the quality could be reviewed in house but the office sent me a text requesting a Google review. Second appointment with Dr Desai's office. First appointment met with Dr Desai who was amazing. The office staff is horrendous. A medical assistant called me to help me schedule a test gave me wrong information and told me to "just Google the phone number". I am not from this area so I had no idea who to schedule testing with or couldn't understand who she was even recommending. Second office visit today scheduled to see Dr Desai but saw a NP instead I thought I was scheduled with Dr Desai. The Medical Assistant called me back to the office using a wrong name, let the door slam in my husband and my face. Never introduced herself and when she went to take my BP pumped the cuff up all the way. When I told her it was hurting she said I was told to do it this way and she said if I didn't like it I could take it up with Sylvia whoever that is. She also scuffed on her way out the door and when I left my office visit started talking with the staff about me. Patient care was horrible. I will not ever return to this practice again
