I am a fairly young patient that has a defribulator installed and I did not feel welcomed when I first arrived. The doctor and the Boston scientific rep were fine but the lady up front was very short and rude. When she asked for my payment I said ok and didn't know it was gonna be right then and she said again "your payment of sixty dollars?!" I don't think I will be going back to them because of the one associate.
This arrogant doctor with no bedside manner will not treat me again. He wouldn't even let me finish a question. I'll go to Banner where all the cardiologists are well rated.
I found Dr. Faitelson to be reassuring, knowledgeable and down-to-earth.
