October 9th, 2025: The doctor changed but was still showing in network and Cristine Picci is under PPO BUT not under HPO. So I am getting charged for $670 that the insurance will not cover. I only seen her once. The staff is the huge problem. They hang up and blame it on disconnection, often times not picking again, I'm guessing caller ID, my insurance representative from Anthem called them 3 different times and they kept hanging up. Make sure you match the doctors name to your in network list AND avoid this place.
