Greg Bell, MD - term

I saw Dr. Bell one time in June of 2022. I saw him one other time in May of 2023 for a "physical" in which he didn't look at me or check any vital signs. After speaking with my insurance provider, I just discovered that his office has been billing my insurance every single month, for unspecified "coordination" services, which I have never received, asked for, or consented to. Every month, his office has been charging my insurance, which fortunately provides primary care at no cost to me (which is why I did not notice until now), without telling me, sending me a notification, or anything else. I am beyond disgusted. They clearly use this as a method for generating revenue for their office without doing any work.

I have been looking for a new primary physician for a long time. After my first visit I knew I found a good doctor. I like the fact that he is in my Insurance Network and they do the lab work right in office I no longer have to go to a third party for blood tests. I also like the fact that he looks at past and other tests that I have and keeps an eye on those things and works in conjunction with my cardiologist visits. The staff at the front are attentive and courteous. I feel I am in good hands with Dr Bell's office and his services.

Dr Bell is an excellent PCP. He listened to my concerns, took time to explain his recommendations and had several suggestions regarding alternative approach's to my pain. He was very easy to talk with as a friendly and caring individual. He is the best PCP I have had in my experience.

I was a few minutes late but the front office staff was understanding and welcoming. I waited a reasonable 10 minutes. The medical assistant put me at ease with her friendly and professional demeanor. Dr. Bell was, as usual, very nice and respectful, professional and attentive to my concerns. Overall, a good experience.

I've had very pleasant experience going to see Doctor Bell for myself and my Wife. He has shown a lot of joy and humble enthusiasm to providing preventative care information and a subtle approach to our current health issues. Granted we have only been there twice so far there was no sense of hesitation or anxiety coming back to see him our second time. Hopefully in the future upon visiting him again we can show progression in our health and receive more useful information moving forward.
