The staff members are always rude when calling in for an appointment. Dr. Rakkar is great but good luck trying to get in. The appointment's range from can you come in same day within an hour to she's booked out a month. I have an emergent issue I guess I will go to urgent care spend the money only for them to tell me to see my PC. This is why our medical is so messed up!
Dr. Rakkar is quick and efficient, which some people may not like, but she is thorough and acts on the information you give her. She will not blow off or minimize your medical concerns.

Dr. Rakkar is the only primary physician I hope to ever have. She deals with every health concern professionally and quickly. Very caring, kind and treats patients like family. I hope she never retires, love her. Her staff is also great
Dr. Rakkar was a new primary care doctor for me. As soon as I entered her office, I was made to feel welcome. I barely had time to sit down & realize that I had left my phone at home before I was called back to the exam room. The MA had a great sense of humor & knew her job well. I have quite a medical history so I had brought in quite a bit of information.. Dr. Rakkar took the time to look at every page. She asked questions & gave me time to ask questions. She immediately ordered lab work & other items that I wasn't up to date on. JoAnn, the main MA at the front desk, did a heroic & compassionate job of trying to help me get transportation home, since I had left my phone & couldn't call my medical transport. She tried to reach my sister via texts & phone messages. When they locked the door for lunch, she told me exactly where they would be eating & to holler if I needed anything. She finally called me a Lyft so that I could get home. All of the staff are courteous and ready to help in any way that they can. I look forward to being a long term patient of such a helpful physician & her staff.
