My experience with this cardiology office has been exceptional. I was seen by Dr. Murray and Nurse Practitioner Mary Shorts, and for the first time in over 25 years of seeing cardiologists, I left an appointment with a true understanding of my situation and how cholesterol actually functions within my own biology. Dr. Murray took the time to thoroughly educate me, answer every question, and explain my lab results in a practical, matter-of-fact way that was both empowering and reassuring. Instead of jumping straight to medications based solely on preliminary numbers--as many physicians have done in the past--he ordered thoughtful, appropriate tests to determine what I truly needed. His approach was evidence-based, patient-focused, and grounded in sound medical reasoning. I appreciated that more than I can express. Mary Shorts, NP, delivered my results with the same level of care and expertise. She took her time with me, answered my questions with confidence and clarity, and never made me feel rushed or like just another number. Her compassion and professionalism made me feel genuinely cared for. It is incredibly rare in today's medical landscape to find a team that offers this level of attention, honesty, and pragmatism. I often feel like I'm being sold medications I don't actually need; here, I felt the opposite--seen, respected, informed, and guided responsibly. I am deeply grateful for the integrity and care provided by this office. I trust their judgment completely and would recommend them without hesitation.
