What is your direct phone number? Can't get anyone that is actually at the office. The phone number goes to an answering service out of this country. Speaking to someone who has chicken and they don't have much information. My mom has supposedly an urgent issue with blocked arteries and I can't get a hold of anyone about faxing her heart Dr the information for approval for a procedure.
Terrible communication skills. This location the doctor who runs this clinic left so all appointments should have been informed and canceled. They did not and we ended showing up to a closed building and appointment being pushed out 2 weeks. Terrible service
I will no longer have anything to do with them as they have the worst billing. 2 years after I brought my son in, I get a call claiming that it was from "billing." They did not say who they were or for who so I assumed it was spam. Then they texted me with information stating our bill was overdue and would be sent to collections. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY OTHER CONTACT FROM THIS PRIOR TO THIS DAY. They claimed they had sent a bill each month since but that clearly is incorrect as I did not receive anything from them and I doubt the postal service is that bad. Additionally, I had seen the same doctor and at my last appointment, they stated that I had a balance. I did not receive any EOB from my insurance but I paid anyway. I should not have because I asked for an itemized receipt and was told billing would send me one. That was over a year ago and I contacted them many times and never received anything from them. I still don't know what my charge was from. Horrible process and service. I can't trust them and will never return.
I had an ultrasound of arteries in legs. The tech was personable and thorough. I got a good report from the doctor.
