Only the fact Tina the Xray tech was amazing, I'm not giving this facility a 0. You can only 'walk-in' for X-rays. The morning I went in, there was a "2-hour" wait. The front desk offered an APPOINTMENT 3-hours later that afternoon. Great! I showed up on time...and was told it would be at least an hour wait. While I sat there I watched multiple people complain about waiting 2+ hours and walking out. I'm confident that's the only reason I finally got my X-rays after 90 mins. This is NOT a successful business model

I was advised to arrive early only to wait twice as long. Simonmed totally missed scheduling my Dexa Scan! They were too focused on forcing me to accept and pay $50 for an AI generated test!
The receptionist signing me in was having equipment issues. Others seemed reluctant to assist her. I askrd if she was new and she said she was a floater.
She was being advised to sell me the $50 AI generated test that Jose had tried to force me to accept over the phone. He insisted that I told the scheduler that I wanted the test. I never told her that because she never asked and I never saw it added to my imaging until I was completing the online paperwork and there it was charging me $50 for something I had no idea what it was and it said my doctor did not order it.
So, as I was once again explaining to the technician that I did not know what the test was for, my doctor did not order it, and I did not want it, the pressure continued with the technician saying "She supposed to tell you what it is."
MY DEXA SCAN WAS NOT SCHEDULED AND NOT DONE. Now I have to schedule another day and time to get it done but hopefully not at this Simonmed location.

The staff was very friendly and my wait time was minimal. It helps to complete the online forms via the link they email you before your appointment. This site offers low resonance MRIs which I needed due to a MRI safe medical implant. This was a much better experience than other imaging sites I've been to.

The wait was over an hour 1/2 long; the waiting room was full of people who had been waiting and hour and a half. The x-ray tech was nice, no problem there. She was efficient also. It took less than 5 minutes for an x-ray I waited about 1 1/2 hours for. I probably won't be back.

I seen my dr 1 day and had 2 SAT MRIs to do. That day got it scheduled for next day in the evening. I get 10 mins from the place they call me and tell me the MRI person leaves at 1600 hrs. It was already after the time they left. This is afte I drive 1.5 hrs to get there. The lady who called told me if I still come there the doors will be locked. They should close this place down. Also the people who make the appts should be let go as well they barley speak any English and ya cant understand them, I will NEVER USE Simon Med ever again. I advise you not to either..
