Dr. Yerazi definitely cares about each of his patients and makes sure, for me, I am being well taken care of with my heart issues including the medications I take. I feel reassured that our consultation was productive and all my concerns were discussed by either the nurse and/or by Dr. Yerazi.
I had so many problems with this practice! The medical assistants almost never introduce themselves to you. Multiple times I have been taken to a dirty exam room. One time the table paper was freshly laid upon and not changed as well as the sharps container overflowing and another time there were skin flakes all over the chair armrests. Both times I alerted the medical assistants that it needed attention and neither time did either of them do anything to clean the room. I've had multiple instances where the phone rings and rings and rings and no one ever answers this happened when I was trying to report chest pain. The only positive part of this practice is that Dr. Yerasi is a good Cardiologist even though he has several incompetent members on his office staff.
Everything was great! We really like the Dr. & Staff so much. The Dr takes the time to listen & address our health concerns & is empathetic & is intuitive &i s focused on our particular needs.
I had a good experience, they are so nice, and respect the appointment time. And my personal experience with Doctor Balaji has been very good.
Dr Bala is very good. The practice needs better scheduling as I waited 45 minutes before being called in plus a few more minutes waiting for the Doctor in the room.
