I've been a patient there for the last 14 yrs and every time I have called to get an appointment I get one but now lately they are coming up with stupid excuses to not see their patients, I tried calling today at 7:30 am to get a same day appointment and none of the two providers I see have anything available, and now they are telling me that they don't do same day appointment it's only cancellation request appointment. It's getting harder and harder to get something done by this particular location in Somerton clinic. The receptionist Ivette has very low people skills that she has no sympathy is you're going through something. I'm done with this location Somerton sunset clinic. I'm sure there's better care I can get somewhere else. Not even building a new clinic here in Somerton is going to make their services better.

I was upset because the front desk ladies were being rude when i called to schedule my appointment come to find out the front desk doesnt answer calls, there is a call center in yuma that answers ALL the calls. When i showed up to the clinic in person the front desk ladies were super helpful and nice. They apologized even though they are not the ones who answer the calls. very good work and friendly staff all around

Horrible services with this receptionist girl seriously, Type of people like getting paid without working. Really lazy and rude on calls.

Called to make an appointment for my son and front desk girls are always so rude!!!!!! I really love my kids pediatrician there but I will definitely be changing! No need to be putting up with so much rudeness when I have a sick kid at home.

Dr. Somjee is our pediatrician for my daughter. She is the one who did the first wellness check up and I felt it right to not change dr's after that. Her best interest remains with the child, very informative and will ask if everything was clear and understanding before departing. My daughter loves her and has been her patient for four years already. The staff does their part too, I ask questions they answer them, they are polite. Since bringing my daughter I've never come across any issues and have remained up to date on her check ups and vaccinations with ease.
