Today I had the worst experience of my life at Pima's offices, I was waiting inside the medical room for about 30 minutes to be seen by Dr. Neil Ghenwala who never showed up. After waiting I was taken to the another room where they do the physical stress tests, I thought they were going to do some test on me but instead they had me there waiting for another half hour until I went out to tell the ladies that I had been waiting for an hour and they told me that the doctor was finishing his consultation with another patient, after a full hour of waiting, Dr. Menezes came to see me, the same doctor that I have had requested not to seen by since at my first and only encounter with him, this doctor mixed up the medications and I didn't even see his face (he had his back to me the entire appointment ). I felt so offended with the whole experience, specially when they took me to the physical test room where they didn't even remember I was there. I was in pain up to my chest from the anger of being mistreated,. Maybe because I'm Hispanic, maybe because of the insurance I have; not sure why. I left the office, still not knowing who will see me at my next appointment .
