I had knee surgery recently, and I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience. From start to finish, everything went extremely well, and every person I encountered went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.
Before the surgery even happened, Kelly the PAC nurse was lighthearted, friendly and helpful. Nathalie the bone and joint instructor was knowledgeable hitting on every possible scenario, Helping me feel informed and at peace with my decision.
At hospital check-in, Anna was wonderful--kind, efficient, and reassuring right from the start. Christina, my pre-op RN, was exceptional and helped ease any nerves with her calm and compassionate care. Stacy, the OR nurse, made sure I was comfortable and well cared for, she even prayed with me on the way to the OR.
In the operating room, I was in incredible hands. Devo, the scrub tech and Jaclyn the anesthesia tech all worked seamlessly as a team and treated me with such professionalism and kindness. Dr. Renaud, my anesthesiologist was outstanding--thorough, reassuring, and clearly very skilled.
Post-op care was just as excellent. With Jamie, my post op nurse, Sandy, my physical therapist, both took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel supported and prepared, they were encouraging, knowledgeable, and motivating. Dr. Daines did an amazing job with my surgery, and I am so grateful for his expertise and care. Joey, the medical assistant at the Doctors Office, was also fantastic--helpful, attentive, and always willing to answer questions. He returned all my calls quickly and had a positive and uplifting attitude.
This entire team truly went above and beyond. Their professionalism, compassion, and teamwork made what could have been a stressful experience an overwhelmingly positive one. I am incredibly thankful and would highly recommend this hospital and surgical team to anyone needing knee surgery.

I had an incredible experience with the Labor and Delivery team -- they were absolutely amazing! Every nurse and staff member was so helpful, sympathetic, and truly empathetic throughout the entire process. They made me feel cared for, supported, and safe during one of the most important moments of my life.
Dr. M.D. Banks is by far the best OB-GYN I've ever met. She genuinely cares about her patients and their babies, taking time to explain everything, listen, and provide the best possible care.
We are beyond grateful for everyone in Labor and Delivery -- we highly recommend this team to any expecting parents!

All the nurses who attended me were so kind and professional. They seem to care a lot about the patient's need. I liked that they follow up on my recovery and that they are there if I need help. I would say that Canyon Vista is best care anyone can get. I lived here in Sierra Vista for 46 years and I've seen how the community has grown and how our health care has come along and I'm proud to be part of this community.

We have been to Canyon Vista Medical Center numerous times. Wait time is always short, the staff are friendly and professional. The hospital has a warm, comfortable environment. My wife just had shoulder surgery there. Everyone during the whole process was just fantastic. They did a great job putting her at ease and were very conscientious about her care. They kept me informed of her progress and wouldn't discharge her until they felt it would be safe. We were is great hands. We highly recommend this hospital.

I would like to thank Dr. Brian Daines and my entire surgical team at Canyon Vista Medical Center. I am not great at remembering names but my entire experience was phenomenal. My surgical/ postoperative nurse Jaime was so helpful, kind and very competent. She introduced me to the entire surgical team who were awesome. My anesthesiologist was superb administering my spinal and general anesthesia. The entire staff was amazing. Thank you all for making a difficult time go so smoothly!
